    1. Hy!! Rao Zeba: Wiggle them constantly. I had a adult molar come in and split my baby tooth in half. I had to rip my molar out in pieces and yes, it was VERY painful. If you cant get them out just let the professionals do it for you (Just let the dentist do it).
